What do you need for your class in the studio?
Please bring your own mat with a fabric such as a sarong, a towel or a thin blanket to cover it . It is important to feel the firmness of the floor and move freely. Often mat are sticky and narrow restricting movements, the fabric will allow sliding motion when required.
Wear warm, comfortable clothing, and an extra layer just in case.

Wear comfortable clothing and add an extra layer to keep warm, as the body temperature can drop slightly.
What do you need for your online class?

You will need to sign up and download the video conferencing platform Zoom for free on your computer, tablet or phone.
Have a working webcam and place your device in such a way that your entire self is visible, in order for me to assist you in the best way possible.
Click on the zoom link to join the meeting in good time so you can set up speaker, camera angle and enjoy the lesson from the very beginning.

A flat surface big enough so you can roll from one side to the other and stretch your arms around you.
A space where you feel comfortable to lie on.
Choose according to your comfort level. On the floor itself, on a rug, carpet. You can also use a larger towel, a thin blanket, a sarong or a mat if you need padding. Mat are sticky which is good for traction but can stop you moving freely when you need to slide. It’s important that you can feel the firmness of the floor and that you can move freely.
A Chair, sometimes lesson take place on a chair. You will need a simple chair with a flat and solid sitting area which allows you to sit with hips and knees at a right angle.

Wear comfortable and warm clothes.
You may need an extra layer to keep warm. In socks or bare-feet .
